He has served as a Board Member in a number of institutio­ns, among others: Council Chairman, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology ( September 2021); Vision 2036 Council ( 2016 – 2020); University of Botswana Council ( 2016 – 2019); and Botswana Internatio­nal University of Science and Technology Council ( 2016 – 2019). Between 2019 and 2020, Dr Mooko was appointed Government Chief Negotiator.
