RESTRICT MOVEMENT OF LAGER BEGGARS

-

The Ministry of Trade and Industry would do well to emulate what that of Agriculture periodically does: restrict the movement of animals when there is an outbreak of some disease. There is a bloodsucking species of animal called the career lager beggar which prowls at night, lousing up the evening of people who go to bars to have a good time. Lager beggars make that impossible because not only do they want to be bought beer, they also want food and cigarettes and airtime. They also compete for seats and in winter, for spots around the bonfire with paying patrons. The Ministry of Trade and Industry should zone areas and restrict the movement of career lager beggars to their houses on weekends, especially month- end weekends.
