As the Constitutional Review Commission writes its final report, we strongly suggest that there should be a recommendation to redesign the presidency such that it is similar to St. Louis 24, the non- alcoholic beer that the Kgalagadi Breweries Limited market- tested a few years ago. One has only to spend a few minutes at a popular bar on a month- end Friday to fully understand why KBL had to sell alcohol- free beer.
