Braintec earns International Quality Assurance certificate
Braintec Services is confident that its certification by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance ( South Africa), a global assurance provider, will go a long way on ensuring they provide quality services to their clientele, in addition to having top notch products that match set standards. After a rigorous application process which took months to complete, Braintec Services, an integrated cleaning services and chemical manufacturing firm has been handed the ISO 9001: 2015 certification from Lloyds Register( South Africa). The certificate covers areas such as contract cleaning, laundry services, internally manufactured goods, among others.
“This certification basically means that, as Braintec Services, we are known to follow a certain Quality Management System ( QMS), both in terms of the services we offer to customers as well as procedures and documentation that we use when producing cleaning chemicals. The customer is rest assured of high- quality services and standards since we now have an independent body which ensures we abide by the set quality management systems and standards as spelt out on the certificate,” said an excited Brian Ketshabile, the General Manager of Braintec Services.
Braintec Services is the first company in Botswana in the contract cleaning and chemical production company to have been certified by Llyod Register. “The one thing that sets us apart from competition, is our highest standard of service delivery to our valuable customers. Our International Quality Management Systems- ISO 9001: 2015 Certification guarantees quality that you can trust,” added Ketshabile who founded the company just over ten years ago. As things stand out, clients and consumers of Braintec services and goods benefit more from this certification.
As a results of this, Braintec Services now conducts periodic Customer Services Surveys which give customers an opportunity to provide sincere feedback on their experience with Braintec services and products. Since the company is also into manufacturing of cleaning chemicals, Lloyds Register also periodically audit their production processes and procedures to ensure their products are in line with set standards, with any flout in procedures penalized and brought back to the company for a remedial process. “This helps us to be consistent with our quality services and production standards with no room for cutting corners.
This consistency is important for integrity purposes,” pointed out Ketshabile. As a result of this certification, Braintec now has a services champion, who among others helps with regular training of employees on adherence of high quality standards set by Llyod Register. Ketshabile said this regular training of employees, is important for the growth of the industry. Even if some of our employees leave for other companies, we are rest assured they will keep up with the provision of high service delivery, which is important for the growth of the sector as a whole,” he added. The certificate is valid for three years, with renewal options.
