The Minister was even more so aggrieved by the fact that the athletes who competed at the recent Commonwealth games and Cali, Colombia U20 Championships had not received their allowances.
“I was really disappointed and shocked last week to learn that the athletes have not been given their incentives from Cali championships, I was shocked. We are letting down our athletes and we
