Braintec, BCA join hands

COLLABORATION: Braintec, a local cleaning and chemicals manufacturing firm has joined hands with Botswana Chef Association( BCA). The partnership will in the long term see BCA members supporting Braintec through procuring of quality cleaning chemicals and related products from Braintec which is ISO certified. Managing Director of Braintec, Brian Ketshabile said Wednesday that, the partnership is key, especially given the fact that, the sector that BCA members operating in ( hospitality) is highly regulated- which safety is key. “We produce quality chemicals which are needed in the hospitality sector,” said Ketshabile. Meanwhile, President of BCA Thuto Masala, added, as a sector, which serves food, ‘ health and safety is key’ during cleaning of utensils. “We used to buy some cleaning products from South Africa. We are happy that, we have agreed to a partnership with Braintec which is ISO certified, which guarantees quality. We are keen to support local companies,” said Masala who works at Grand Palm. Meanwhile, some of BCA members will participate at this years’ West Africa Food Festival, where they will also participate in some food competitions. Ahead of their departure, Braintec has sponsored them with P12.500.00 for purchasing of knives, aprons and VISA processing.
