3 years’ experience in a computerized Supply Chain environment
Supplier reconciliations Invoice payment

Recognised Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies or Association of Accounting Technician Final or equivalent technical accounting qualification.

RISK OFFICER- SURVEILLANCE
This role is an operational role and reports to Senior Risk Officer- Investigations & Surveillance in Security Services Department.
Main Purpose of the job
The Risk Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective surveillance and information gathering service to minimize potential risk of losses to the company in accordance with DTCB Policies and Procedures.
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
Reports on all diamond related incidents reported and observed on CCTV.
Conducts investigations of policies and procedural violations and report with recommendations.
Investigates internal incidents in accordance with company procedures and protocols.
Identifies all security risks, collects and analyses data and updates the risk assessment tools to determine the level risk and assurance. Monitors the handling and movements of product( diamonds) at Production and Diamond Cleaning plant and other areas.

2 years post qualification experience in a security, investigations, diamond system or industry environment.
18. RISK OFFICER- PHYSICAL SECURITY
This role is an operational role and reports to Senior Risk Officer- Physical Security in Security Services Department.
Main Purpose of the job
The Risk Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective Physical Security service to minimize potential risk of losses to the company in accordance with DTCB Policies and Procedures.
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
Minimum Requirements: 19.
Controls access through the utilization of Security Systems and monitor access to the various sections on site.
Checks physical integrity and security of premises and assess risks of intrusion and incidents.
Responds to security alarms, investigate causes and take appropriate actions.
Carries out procedural requirements relating to security of imported and exported goods including physically observing of all relevant activities.

Carries out Pre and In- employment vetting of customers, employees and suppliers in line with set parameters.
Investigates internal incidents in accordance with company procedures and protocols.
Supports investigations done by external agencies e. g. illicit diamond trafficking activities and other criminal offences.
Identifies all security risks, collects and analyses data and updates the risk assessment tools to determine the level of risk and assurance.
