Naak Musiq and Nokwazi to set Ghetto ablaze
FRANCISTOWN: South African music and film star, Naak Musiq born Anga Makubalo and songstress Nothando Mamba also known as Nokwazi in the musical circles, are set to thrill Francistowners at the Lizard Entertainment Club tonight. The talented SA singers are anticipated to dish out their riveting music to hordes of party lovers.
Naak Musiq and Nokwazi will be supported by a host of local disc jockeys including DJ Bunz, DJ Da Brat and Kuster. The much publicised show on social media is expected to bring Francistown to a standstill. Revellers are expected to jostle to have a closer glimpse at the multifaceted star performances.
This show, which is organised by Lizard Entertainment, will be for the third time that Naak Musiq performs in Francistown. Lizard Entertainment manager, Mike Njunja, said the SA singers are expected to set the roof on fire with their magical dance moves and new vibes.
Njunja added that the South Africans performers have vowed to give their Botswana fans a great show following other successful shows hosted at the same venue.
Songstress Nokwazi has worked with some of the SA music giants such as Master KG and Prince Kaybee whereas Naak Musiq’s hits include Mamelani, Ntombi and AmaBenjamin.
When speaking about the aftermath of COVID-19, he said their business is on the way to recovery. He indicated that: “At this moment we are the only night discotheque in Francistown which is very helpful in boosting our sales.” Njunja said as the only nightclub around, they are expecting a huge crowd as all roads will be leading to the Lizard Entertainment Club. He highlighted that security will be tight and urged the attendants to bring their dancing shoes to enjoy Ghetto’s finest top-notch entertainment.
