“Mr. Simon is a very nice and kind man who will quickly show you his gratitude if you perform what is required of you well. Some deserving team members were bought bicycles and we often receive blankets in winter. He also donates to the community,” says the grateful Mambisana. Simsa Gas is also one of the few companies that provide staff with breakfast daily.

Mambisana further reveals that the company helps staff progress. She recalls that some employees with no «ÀœviÃȜ˜> µÕ>ˆwV>̈œ˜Ã were transferre­d to Simsa Solar and trained to be able to start work there.

If she could turn back the hands of time, she says she would still choose to work for Simsa Gas. “I ܜՏ` `iw˜ˆÌiÞ choose to work here. I don’t have any problems here at all and my progress is secured,” she states.
