- KABELO BORANABI Correspondent

The organisers of the All White Platinum Experience have made heavyweight additions to their line-up for the event that is scheduled for September 24, 2022 at the Royal Aria Stadium.

Dark Knights Events have just a week before the event excited the revellers with the inclusion of Amapiano vocalists, Sha Sha and Daliwonga whilst promising more ‘surprises’. The self-proclaimed queen of Amapiano, Sha Sha, is returning to the country’s shores after almost a year of absence. Daliwonga on the other end will be eager to pick where he left off after previously impressing when in the country.

The duo joins a massively loaded line-up on the night where Amapiano music genre will be taking centre stage.

The genre’s pioneer and award winning producer and DJ, Kabza De Small will be headlining the event. Fellow Piano Hub Records artists, Young Stunna, Mhaw Keys, Njelic, Felo Le Tee, join him alongside Toss and hip-hop DJ PH in a start-studded line-up.

While locally the organisers have included the energetic trio of F.M.E DJ’s alongside K-1, Hapex Guru, Le Spooner DJ, DJ Bunny and DJ Quest. Social media funny man Hey Hyeenaah and T.H.A.B.O will be the MCs for the event.

A night before the All White Platinum Experience, the organisers will host a pre-party at the Molapo Showcase on Friday, September

23. The pre-party will be headlined by the ‘log drum boss’, Mdu aka TRP. The producer and DJ will be making his debut in the country. Alongside him is Kabza De Small’s protégées, Nkulee501 & Skroef28, Masterpiece, The Musiqal Chef, Spumante, Deeper Phil and Beyond Music all from South Africa.

Local Hip Hop artist, Veezo View will also be on stage flanked by Hapex Guru, DA O, DJ Lefatshe, D-Rock, Cody, Chrispin The Drummer, Mr Yummy, Unanimous DJ and crowd favourite Casper the DJ. For the pre-party, the revellers will be charged P100 while the main event tickets are selling at P250 for the least expensive while P25,000 gets one a platinum experience VIP ticket.

Speaking to Arts & Culture Dark Knights director, DJ Teaz is not ruling out further additions to the line-up as he says the event has received reservations from countries in the in

the region. “I cannot say much on this one as you had already mentioned that these come as surprises to the line-up so I prefer to not spoil it but never said never.

This event is going to be one for the books. The experience is going to be lifetime one, as you can already see our line-up has most trending and mainstream artists, both local and international. We are looking forward to give our patrons nothing but the best.”

“This is the first event we ever hosted and are attracting people from Zimbabwe, South Africa and Namibia. We already have reservations made through us by foreign nationals who are coming for the event,” DJ Teaz said.

The event is brought by Dark Knights through its partnership with South African label, Piano Hub Records.

It is a follow up of the Kabza De Small’s One Man Show held in March.
