Danfo states

The Africa Report - - FRONTLINE -

Like the ubiquitous bus that gives them their name, the danfo states are getting close to their destination quickly, breaking a few rules on the way and on a smaller budget. Their performances are mixed, with Ekiti, for example, doing well on electricity but poorly for internet access. Cross River State’s governor Ben Ayade launched his “budget of kinetic crystallisation” for 2018, but has been accused of a land grab for his Ekuri forest superhighway project.
