Do not give Batswana a new person please

- [TSHEPANG TUMETSANE]

I have a lot of respect for Comrade Dibeela and have loved him as one of the best in the position he holds at the BNF at the moment. The man is honest and honourable and I am afraid many are going to influence and make him believe that he can be anything else more than what he is today. Frankly I do not want to lose Comrade Dibeela as the Vice President of the BNF and a top lieutenant in the UDC hierarchy, but I definitey do not see him help both organisations should we try to elevated him to the BNF’s presidency and b extension, the UDC presidency. We know now that the UDC president is meant to come from the BNF as per the arrangement between the contracting parties. I would like my comrades to desist from trying to even convince the masses that Dibeela can lead the BNF. For lack of better words, he really is not cut out for leadership of this massive movement. He is too docile and not aggressive enough to even scare weakened BDP. The BNF and UDC require to be led by the likes of Boko who can muddy themselves in this pig mud we call Botswana politics.

For me Dibeela is like your office clerk, the smart guy who should be sitting in the offices, advising political leadership. This is a man who cannot even arouse confidence at his church, and given the small numbers there, how do we expect him to run the bigger BNF? This team restoration talk should just be ignored and more effort put behind getting Boko to lead us again toward the 2024 elections. Batswana now know that they made a mistake not to vote for Boko. Let’s not give them another leader whose credentials they will question and end up scared to experiment with a man they do not know
