The organiser of the event, Marang Madisa says the purpose of the event is to mainly attract families and friends to come together and have a fun time after a long time as a result of restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We have catered for both the young and the old in this event,” she says, adding that they have also included orphans from Mochudi and Rasesa surroundings to come and spend quality with them. “We believe that this would expose them to healthy families, while having fun. They will also receive gifts.

The fun-filled event would witness a variety of local artistes. “The renowned Mafitlhakgosi

Traditional group will entertain attendants,” she says, noting that as the day draws to an end, revellers will enjoy extensive music performances from artistes including; Vee Mampeezy, Baxon, Guyvos, Mc Theo, and the bubbly Bjb.
