Botswana Life recognised as best insurer

Botswana Life has been awarded the title of Best Life Insurance Provider of 2021, by international commerce publication, Business Vision.

The award comes at a time when the business reflects on a year in which over P2.4 billion in claims were paid out to clients in 2021.

Botswana Life Chief Executive Officer, Ronald Samuels said they are truly honoured to have received this Award because during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company sought to ensure that all clients received the attention and care that they needed by extending operating hours and continually expanding digital platforms to allow for social distancing measures.
