TSOGWANE ATTENDS SADC SUMMIT

Vice President Slumber Tsogwane is currently in Kinshasa, DRC attending the 42nd SADC summit. The summit which ends tomorrow (Thursday) is themed; “Promoting industrialisation through agro-processing, mineral beneficiation and regional value chains for inclusive and resilient economic growth.” The summit will review progress on the Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP). Preceded by both the Council of Ministers meeting and the Organ Troika summit, the SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government will also review efforts being undertaken to realise SADC’s vision 2050.
