TARZ-B, a Palapye based versatile artist has just released his new album, dubbed ‘Radikika Re-loaded’.

This is a 12-track album, made up of a variety of flavours from rap to kwaito, kwasa, house, afrobeat and borankana. He tells Vibe that he has simplified his raping styles to suit any genre to cater for different music consumers. He features other renowned artistes in this album, including:ATI, Charma Gal, Dr Tawanda, Kalahari, Pastor Shumba Ratshega, Madala and Ev Keys. He reiterates that the album resonates with everyone, as he tries to spread music through song. “I am a social commentato­r and most of the songs on the album are actually inspired by things that I see happening in the society and matters that affect people’s daily lives, “he says, emphasisin­g that he writes and arrange all the songs by himself. ‘Radikika Re-loaded’ was recorded at Uncle’s Touch studios with different seasoned producers including Dlala BW, DJ Bino, Uncle Touch , Robert Dargie, Rawkbouy and Bullet Ketshabile. The album is yet to be launched once all logistics are in place.”

Some of the songs from this versatile album include: Sponono, in which he features ATI, Morena O ba etele ft Kalahari, which is a gospel song, ‘Don’t stress’, which is Hip-Hop and purely released to share his original style as a rap artiste as well as Radikika, the title album song, which is a fusion of Tswana rap and Borankana, which is specially composed for the elderly. Radikika actually talks about an old man who destroys other people’s relationsh­ips promising their women lucrative and lavish lifestyles. TARZ-B tells Vibe that the one hit song that rocks his fans to their toes is, track 3 Malidoso ft Dr Tawanda. He also warns people to also consider carefully listening to Track 1’Kgwedi e fedile’ ft Shumba Ratshega as well as mega hit song track 5 ‘Ga go restege’ ft Mingo Touch and Walkman, Ga Go Restege which is a jubilation and groovy dance song, expecter to serve best during the independen­ce month celebratio­ns and the festive season. Track7 MASA ft Charmagal is actually a dedication song to his fiance Masa who hails from Serowe, just to appreciate her. TARZ-B looks forward to be performing alongside Makhadzi in Palapye for at the People’s Festival show on September 30th. He also tells Vibe that, through this album, he is eyeing the internatio­nal platform. “I have been invited to stream live an event which will pave me a gateway to go and perform alongside big artists in USA, Las Vegas.We are currently working on the logistics to do the stream live,” he says.
