Grilled pork with mushroom sauce and veggies

Pork is delicious meat that is easy and quick to prepare. The grilled version is tastier, healthier and more convenient.

It is best served as a an easy-to-prepare weekday dinner or weekend meal, particular­ly for those lazy evenings when you want to prepare a quick meal for yourself or your family.This dish serves about four people.

INGREDIENT­S:

• 6 pork chops loin

• To taste garlic powder

• To taste basil flakes

• To taste Tony’s seasoning (optional)

• 4 dashes soy sauce

• Sautéed veggies on grill (optional)

• 6-10 pieces chopped mushrooms

• Half onion chopped (optional)

• 2 tablespoon­s butter

• 4 tablespoon­s soy sauce

• To taste garlic powder

For the Sauce:

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 1/3 cup white wine

• 1/2 cup milk

• To taste Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat the grill and then lay out a layer of aluminum foil. Cut up mushrooms and a onions.

2. Put them in foil along with the butter, soy, and garlic powder. Wrap up and put on outside of grill to slow cook.

3. Sprinkle pork on both sides with the seasonings and lightly pour soy sauce. Gently press so the seasoning and soy sauce will stick.

4. Combine the soup, milk, and wine in a pot.

5. Bring to a boil and lower it to simmer. Mix well.About 10 minutes Cook pork chops around 5 minutes per side. Or until no longer pink in the middle.

6. Pour the sauce over the top of pork chop and garnish with the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Enjoy! (Sauce is also good on top of mashed potatoes)
