“The view looked so lovely with those ladies in their amazing dresses as they sipped on their drink of choice on the menu of our high tea selection,” she said.
They were treated to a cider tasting and champagne tasting as well as sea food above all other treats in place.
Masike said that they are impressed about the turn-up and absolutely look forward to hosting another session next year or yet consider making the event an annual ocassion.
She does not recall the beautiful scenery of the event and the fun activities only but appreciates that the ladies also hot to learn about few topics from the speakers at the event, including Kgosi Kealetile Moremi.
“Moremi applauded women for being the courageous creature that they are and to continue pursuing leadership opportunities, because they are equally doing exceptionally well just like men,” she said. She further told Vibe that the event was well-attended for the first time and they managed to attract 200 plus attendees.
Cenjie Best the saxophone musician amazed the crowd with lovely performance, along side the popular Tshepo, former My Star winner. Masike reiterated hat this was not just a high tea event but an opportunity for women, to dress up, chill together and discuss issues adding value and growth to their lives.
One of the attendants, Lentlafetse Ngirl Dingalo told Vibe that indeed this was one of the most refreshing events she has ever been to, locally. “It was a very beautiful event, as it was very motivational. Women were taught to be financially independent, and I concur with this as a business woman,” she said, adding that they look for more of such events.
