BOTS DIVA GIVES BACK TO 40 NEEDY FAMILIES

Bots Diva has recently celebrated her 40th birthday in style as she gave back to the society under the theme ‘40 to 40’.

The diva said that she chose to donate to 40 needy families in her home village, Mochudi as a way of thanking God for the gift in her life, her now two-year-old daughter.

She also said that she saw it fit to bring together other local artistes to bring hope love and light to them through music entertainm­ent. The line up of the event included:

Puna Gabasiane, Vusi Mtokufa, Kabelo Eric, Matheke, Morwa Tsankana, Kerry More Ontefetse, Mmurubele, DJ Thoko and Captain Dira. There was also special appearance­s by Kennedy Thal and Troy April. Bots Diva is forever thankful to Zenzele Hirschfeld of Zen Production­s who helped her organize the event. She also shares that she has identified the 40 needy people through social workers, in different VDCs in Mochudi. She also gave special thanks to Mochudi local business man, Islam Shaiful, who assisted with funds for food parcels as well as making the event fun by booking a chef to serve biryani dish for 200 people. Glen valley women’s club also positively contribute­d to the event, she says. She has spent P48,000 for this project, she noted.

She told Vibe that she has paused music for five years. “I have paused music for five years since 2020 to raise my daughter and since joined Filmed industry, “she said.

She also noted that she has been doing workshops to learn more about film industry and have produced her first movie called, ‘How can I kill.’

He also noted that he is looking for funds. “I am also just looking for funds to shoot the movie,” she said. The diva maintains that she has done charity work before, and she is confident that she will continue doing that, especially after finishing her movie project, as she believes in putting a smile on other people’s faces.
