Miss Africa Plus Size Botswana fashion show on this Saturday

The Miss Africa Plus Size Botswana 2022/23 Fashion show will be held at Cresta Lodge in Gaborone this coming Saturday. The style and fashion flair extravaganza will bring together the pageant’s contestants to strut their stuff on the catwalk.

Spokesperson for the beauty pageant, Kemo Muzila told Vibe that the fashion show will be a showcase of beautiful finery fashion. “We want plus size women to feel comfortable in their skin, to love themselves and be unapologetic about it. Fashion is a personal style statement and we want to celebrate the African figure by donning these ladies in beautiful clothes as we build up to the grand finale of the pageant,” she said.

Muzila also said that three local designers will be showcasing at the fashion show: one from Botswana and two from Eswathini and South Africa.

The expected special guests at the fashion show include: Kelly Mokoti of Havillah Beauty Botswana, Berry Heart, who will be the Chief Judge, Sammy Matlhagela and the
