INGREDIENTS:
*2 cups of sliced frozen strawberries
*2 bananas
*1/2 cup Greek plain or vanilla yogurt
*1/2 cup almond milk (plus more if need to thin out smoothie)
*1 Tablespoon chia seeds and one tablespoon of honey
DIRECTIONS:
*Place frozen strawberries, bananas, ,milk, chia seeds, yogurt and a drizzle of honey into blender.
*Blend until the ingredients are smooth.
