...as talented player misses out on lucrative signing

The rigorous terms of Arabian football have scrappedof­f an otherwise sealed multi-million Pula transfer of Jwaneng Galaxy striker, Thabang Sesinyi to Bahrain’s top flight side, El Muharraq SC.

Last month, the Bahrain Football Associatio­n rejected Sesinyi’s registrati­on, citing a number of shortcomin­gs in relation to the associatio­n’s registrati­on requiremen­ts.

After banging 24 goals in the Botswana Football League (BFL) and walking away with the top goal scorer award, it appeared logical for the 29 year old to leave the continent and explore an opportunit­y to land a big contract before retirement.
