The founder and director, who is also the make-up artist Kagiso Mokgware said that the beauty bar is a one-stop service for women who want to have all their beauty care services in one location due to a busy lifestyle. Mokgware’a passion, flair, unique brush skills and professionalism set her apart from her peers in the beauty industry.
She has worked magic on the faces of ordinary women, and also counts Mercy Thebe, Boity Thulo, Lerato Kganyago and DJ Lamiez as some of her most memorable clients.
“I recall with Boity I was so nervous...sweating and shaking to the core! She walked in, we greeted each other and she started talking, telling me that she loved how I do make-up. She was quite pleasant to work with!” Mokgware said that since she started Voguish Beauty bar, she always dreamt of doing make-up on an international celebrity and she is glad that it came true. “Dreams come true when you work hard to make them real,” she said.
