MENTORS INSPIRE GOODHOPE STUDENTS

The Heroes Mentorship Program this past weekend visited Goodhope Senior Secondary School to inspire young and upcoming athletes towards their sports and academic careers. Goodhope Senior Secondary School is one of the Centre of Sports Excellence (CSC).

When delivering the welcome remarks, the Deputy School head, Sandy Mophuting thanked the Heroes for taking their time to inspire the students and further emphasised the importance of sports in students. The Heroes Mentors reiterated the significance of finding a balance between academics and sports.

They also advised the students to desist from illegal substances that may end their athletics careers.
