Just at the back of dropping his brand new EP titled ‘African Super star’, Young Prince walked away with the ‘Best Styled International Actor’ award this past weekend at Annual Glitz Awards of BW Celebs event.

The young lad is known better as a go-getter and he has graced several South African soapies as an extra. Young Prince has been making waves both in the music industry and the world of acting. His motto is, ‘when it is the time, I the Lord will make it happen’. The excited artiste told Vibe after his win that, in as much as he wanted to win the Glitz Awards, he was not certain that he would get it, given the fact that he was competing against legends like ‘Marang , Seretse and Khumo’, real names, Sharon Seno, Maxwell Dichi, and Seneo Mabengano as they are widely known for their esteemed roles in the South African soapie, Muvhango.

Young Prince looked the part on the night of the awards, as he nailed the theme of the night proving his exceptional sense of style with his black and gold blazer. He was accompanied by

Dichi on stage, who applauded him for being a creative genius who stands up for what he believes in and ensures that he stays relevant within the creatives industry.

Dichi further acknowledged Glitz Awards for recognizing local talent through these awards. Young Prince told Vibe that he does not take for granted the fact that he is now an award winner recognized at international standard. “Winning this award has shown me that I am on the right track. It’s a validation of my hard work and dedication. I truly believe that I’ve got what it takes, and this victory reaffirms that everything will work out,” he said. Young Prince couldn’t hide the excitement on his face, saying that his highly anticipated EP dropped just at the right time and this has indeed uplifted him as a creative. He told Vibe that the EP was entirely made to captivate audiences with an impressive collection of 14 tracks.

Some of the standout tracks from the EP include,’Ngibambe, Ngibonile, Tura, Irene Shone, and Asoze. Young Prince told Vibe that his new award ‘Best Styled International actor’ blends well with the his release of “The African Superstar”. He is convinced that all this marks him as a global stage creative indeed.
