VACANCY - PROCESS PLANT MANAGER X2 – TENABLE AT MORUPULE & MASAMA SITES
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Country Manager, and is responsible for overseeing all
nd operations of the Coal Processing Plant including ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed. Working closely with upper management and plant employees, they will optimize the efficient and safe production of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversees all production, materials, and quality control activities of the process plant.
• Develops processes and systems that track and optimize productivity & standards, and performance targets to ensure the safety, efficiency, and profitability of the plant.
• Participates in management discussions and planning sessions to help solve problems, streamline production costs, and improve processes.
• Builds effective relationships with the plant staff and key customers and suppliers where required
• Motivates site employee teams to achieve required production targets and maintain morale.
• Ensures company policies and procedures are followed, including adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
• Oversees building and equipment maintenance.
• Ensures the timely execution of schedules based on production requirements and plant capacity.
• Manages supply chain/suppliers to ensure continuous and timely delivery of materials, components, and all supplies necessary for running the plant.
• Effectively and efficiently manages labour overtime and machinery repair expenses.
• Prepares and analyses management and financial reporting as required.
• Executes other tasks as instructed by the Company Management.

Qualifications & Experience
• O ’level or equivalent
• A Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Advanced Coal Preparation
• Leadership/ Management Development Programme
• A safety qualification
• Minimum 10 years applicable Coal Plant wash experience with at least 3 years at Plant Superintendent level
