CAREER OPPORTUNITY: IT Officer
Job Summary:
To provide IT support to ODC staff and customers and to assist in the implementation of information and communications technologies/systems while ensuring its functionality and reliability to meet the organisations business requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
2. Professional IT certification such as MSCA/MCSE, SQL, CCNA, Linux Essentials, Microsoft Cloud will be an added advantage.
3. At least 5 years working experience in IT systems with a strong background in networking and database management, system implementation and management of external vendors.
4. In depth understanding of Microsoft 365 and ERP/SAP applications.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the Information Technology strategy
• Maintains the Information Communication Technology infrastructure (Network, Databases, Applications, and the general Systems
Administration)
• Systems development and implementation
• Provision of end user support, workstation support and training
• Manage and provide Help Desk support services to the users
