Letlole La Rona Limited (LLR) recently convened a stakeholders’ breakfast in Phakalane, underscoring its commitment to cultivating strong relationships with its tenants.
The meeting, held on April 25, marked a significant step in the company’s endeavour to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of its tenants while addressing their needs for mutual benefit.
Addressing attendees at the gathering, LLR’s Chief Property Officer Chanda Masendu-Kusane emphasised the company’s proactive approach to establishing enduring partnerships and networks.
She articulated LLR’s pledge to uphold operational excellence, ensuring expedient turn-around times, and integrating innovative solutions to enhance tenants’ business prospects.
Moreover, Masendu-Kusane highlighted LLR’s steadfast commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, citing the company’s Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda.
She emphasised the urgency of addressing environmental challenges, affirming LLR’s dedication to mitigating its ecological footprint through initiatives such as prioritising solar energy, efficient waste management, and minimising carbon emissions.
LLR’s proactive stance on sustainability extends to its property portfolio, with initiatives aimed at retrofitting existing buildings and implementing eco-friendly practices in new developments. Masendu-Kusane reiterated LLR’s engagement with consultants to ensure that its real estate endeavours align with environmental stewardship.
With a diverse portfolio comprising 24 assets valued at P2 billion, LLR has strategically invested in various sectors, including industrial and retail properties, to bolster its asset base.
Kamogelo Mowaneng, LLR’s CEO, outlined the company’s ambition to expand its presence across sectors while fortifying its position in the real estate industry.
