“We come a long way, and I can assure you that we will continue to provide good service. We are able to serve all our branches diligently and this is a brand people can trust because of the quality we offer. Thus far, this branch has employed six people, of which four are locals. We will keep on increasing the number as the business grows and priority will always be locals ,” said
Banyatsi.
His sentiments were shared by FSG Board Member, Dorcas Kgosietsile, who described the occasion as a commitment to develop and bring services closer to people.
“This is about the special service we offer because we don’t celebrate death but ensure that our clients are ready and prepared,” she said.
FSG began operating in Botswana in 1993, and currently has a staff complement of 375 across all the 21 branches in Botswana. The group also has operations in neighbouring countries with 10 and four branches in South Africa and Zambia respectively.
