Laís Mei

DESDE OS 12 ANOS DE IDADE, Laís trabalha com desenho e pintura. Começou a dar aulas de pintura aos 18 anos e fez faculdade de Educação Artística. Já realizou várias exposições, incluindo o Clube Homs, em São Paulo, e participou da Primeira Exposição Temática na Câmara Municipal de Bragança Paulista. Além da faculdade, realizou em São Paulo capital estudos sobre técnicas de porcelana, cerâmica etc. Atualmente, demonstra a confecção de peças em programas de artesanato do Canal Rural, no programa “Arte com Vida” na TV Aparecida; no programa “Arte Brasil” da TV Século 21; no programa “Ateliê” na TV Gazeta, além de se envolver em várias outras atividades para a divulgação de trabalhos manuais.

SINCE SHE WAS 12 YEARS OLD Laís spent long periodsoftime drawing and painting. At 18 she started to teach painting and then went on to graduate from an Arts College in São Paulo. Several of her works were shown at individual exhibitions, as in Club Homs in São Paulo, and at the 1st Theme Exhibition of the Braganca Paulista Municipal Chamber. After graduating from college, Laís took courses on porcelain and pottery techniques, among others. Now her work includes TV shows for several channels where she demonstrates how to make all kinds of pieces.
