Nestled within the business district in Queen’s Court, Tristan Coffee & Roastery is one of the latest destinations for coffee aficionados in Kuching. Inspired by the owner’s travels, the establishment derives its design elements from European cafés. The café aims to promote the burgeoning coffee culture in Kuching – there is even a personal space for experimentations in coffee brewing. Aside from serving beverages and desserts, the café also offers an unexpectedly extensive menu of hearty meals, showcasing a myriad of culinary influences. Some of the must-tries at Tristan Coffee & Roastery are their tomahawk steaks imported from Spain, grilled pulpo (octopus) tentacle and steaks flown in from Australia – all premium ingredients available at great value, meticulously prepared in the Josper Charcoal Oven that the café takes special pride in.
