Much like the latest version of X-men except in a sinister asylum instead of Professor X’s large and homely estate, The New Mutants is a team introduced to the comic book world in 1982 and features five teenagers with various abilities. This is a superhero movie that is more horror than heroic, so expect dark corners, long shadows and jump scares while the five young mutants come to grips with their superpowers.
