BEAUFORT

The town of Beaufort is small enough to walk around in, or you can just keep your eyes open and take in the view of small two-storey shops lining the streets, giving this town an old-town and rustic feel. For a bit of an adventure, go down a bit further to Kuala Penyu to visit the Klias Wetlands – a mangrove forest reserve along the Klias River.
