When A Quiet Place first played and taught us all what happened when a woman gave birth in a world seized by creatures that hunt by sound, we were all impressed with the plucky surviving family that lived a post-apocalyptic life in near silence. The Abbott family returns again, sans self-sacrificing dad but with the addition of a newborn, and this time the sound-seeking monsters aren’t the only danger to them, but other terrors lurking beyond the sand path.
