Brunei In­ter­na­tional Air­port’s com­put­erised pas­sen­ger and cargo han­dling fa­cil­i­ties can han­dle 3 mil­lion guests and 50,000 tonnes of cargo a year. Among the fa­cil­i­ties of­fered at the air­port are the Air­port Prayer Hall (Su­rau La­pan­gan Ter­bang An­tara­bangsa Brunei Darus­salam), tele­phones and Free Wi-fi ser­vices, restau­rants and shower fa­cil­i­ties for guests who want to rest or freshen up be­fore their flight.

For guests’s com­fort and con­ve­nience, RB Ser­vice Cen­tre is lo­cated on the De­par­ture Hall area. Guests can make reser­va­tions, ticket pur­chase, book tour pack­ages and re­deem Royal Skies miles. The Cus­tomer Ser­vice Cen­tre at the Brunei In­ter­na­tional Air­port op­er­ates 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm Mon­days to Satur­days, and 8am to 5pm on Sun­days; ex­cept for Fri­day mid­day break from 12noon to 2pm.

Our Busi­ness Class and Royal Skies Elite guests can now en­joy the ser­vice of our RB porters at de­par­ture curb-side for bag­gage as­sis­tance and trol­ley ser­vice to the check-in coun­ters. The premium check-in lounge of­fers our Busi­ness Class and Royal Skies Elite guests with a re­laxed check-in ex­pe­ri­ence.

Busi­ness Class guests and Royal Skies

Gold mem­bers are in­vited to ac­cess the RB Busi­ness Class Lounge prior to their flights. Fit­ted with plush, com­fort­able in­te­ri­ors and fur­nish­ings de­signed to make guests feel at home, the lounge of­fers am­ple op­por­tu­nity to re­lax and ex­pe­ri­ence RB’S warm hos­pi­tal­ity. Guests at the Busi­ness Class Lounge have ac­cess to ex­ec­u­tive meet­ing rooms and all the fa­cil­i­ties of­fered at the Sky Lounge in ad­di­tion to the cof­fee bar.

The RB Sky Lounge is open to Royal Skies Sil­ver mem­bers, cor­po­rate guests, cus­tomer air­line guests, Pri­or­ity Pass cus­tomers and walk-in guests. The lounge can seat 120 guests and fea­tures buf­fet din­ing, a prayer room, a movie room, kids’ room, a fam­ily zone, a gam­ing area fea­tur­ing PS4 and Xbox Kinect, as well as a Vir­tual Re­al­ity sta­tion. Other fa­cil­i­ties in­clude com­pli­men­tary mas­sage chairs, shower rooms, ablu­tion ar­eas and High Def­i­ni­tion TVS.

Duty-free shops of­fer con­sumer goods at com­pet­i­tive prices. There are sev­eral out­lets, in­clud­ing a money changer lo­cated at the de­par­ture/tran­sit hall. On sale are por­ta­ble elec­tri­cal goods with in­ter­na­tional warranties, de­signer goods, per­fumes and con­fec­tionery. Brunei In­ter­na­tional Air­port is a smoke-free air­port.

A mo­bile ap­pli­ca­tion app has been de­vel­oped by the Depart­ment of Civil Aviation to help guests/vis­i­tors ex­pe­ri­ence the newly re­fur­bished Brunei In­ter­na­tional Air­port seam­lessly through the ‘IFLYBRUNEI’ app on the smart­phone.
