Saadeddin sweet treats at Madeena Pastries
Madeena Pastries, the sole distributor of Saadeddin Pastry in Brunei, has opened its doors at The Mall, Gadong, showcasing a variety of chocolates, pastries and sweets from Saudi Arabia.
Located on the second floor of the shopping complex, the new store displays an array of neatly packed dainty desserts, decked in lush interiors of jade green – definitely turning heads of passersby.
To Saddeddin fans, who never fail to get hold of these sweet delicacies when travelling abroad, fret not as Madeena has brought in some of its hot-selling products ranging from the Corn Flakes chocolates to Baklava.
The Corn Flakes has a soft chocolate texture that is semi-sweet and filled with crunchy cornflakes meanwhile, the Baklava is a sweet and rich pastry made from the best ghee and fresh butter, with a flaky texture that just melts in your mouth.
Not only that, but Madeena also houses The Rocher; a selection of Rocher chocolate with a fusion of pistachio, roasted golden almonds and hazelnuts, perfect for a happy family gathering.
Moreover, they also have the Planets, Chocolate Coated Nougat with Nuts, Tofee and Oreo Cream and Salty Caramel Chocolate, among others.
For the sweets, you can find their Assorted Baklava, Barazek Caramel with Chocolate and Dolce Cubes Chocolate, to name a few.

Madeena Pastries Bassam Mahmoud in a speech at the opening ceremony held on Sunday said that the company is honoured to have Saadeddin brand into the sultanate especially catering to those who love chocolate and Arabic sweets.
“We promised the Bruneian market that we will continuously bring the best out of this brand (into the country). We expressed our gratitude to our guest of honour for attending the event and deepest appreciation to our colleagues and staff who made this day possible,” said Mahmoud.
