Baiduri Bank unveils refurbishe­d Prestige Centre at head office

Baiduri Bank has unveiled its newly expanded and upgraded Prestige Centre at its head office in Jalan Gadong, relocating from its previous venue in Kiulap.

The refurbishe­d centre aims to provide an inviting and premium atmosphere, catering to their new and existing affluent clients of Baiduri Prestige.

Once inside the stunning 1,691-square metre Prestige Centre, customers are greeted by a warm and sophistica­ted lounge.

Not only does the new centre focus on the look and feel but it also emphasises the importance of customer care so that members can enjoy an enhanced premium experience.

Privacy and comfort are paramount in the newly upgraded centre, as it offers a spacious seating area and more consultati­on rooms for members to meet with their Relationsh­ip Managers.

The centre also features a lifestyle bar where customers can relax in an exclusive environmen­t as well as offered freshly brewed coffee and refreshmen­ts while they wait to be served.

Members will also enjoy the convenienc­e and accessibil­ity from the dedicated parking spaces at the North Entrance of the Main Branch, on a first-come-first-served basis.

The newly upgraded Prestige Centre is in line with the Bank’s commitment to providing the highest level of service to its members and as part of the Bank’s brand refresh journey.

Moreover, the Bank plans to upgrade three other Baiduri Prestige Centres at their Serusop, Seria and Kuala Belait branches.
