A dose of everything on their dinner plate, the iftar feast is a spread of delicious cuisine inspired by familiar and traditional flavours served in a ‘plated’ style.

“We are delighted to welcome guests to break fast with us during the holy month of Ramadhan and enjoy our table service offering with all the local favourites you would expect, including our famous Roasted Leg of lamb that will be served daily,” said General Manager of The Brunei Hotel, Andy Goh.

One of the hearty courses customers can dine on is their signature daging rendang. The meat is incredibly tender from it being stewed slowly in spices, giving the dish an explosion of flavour.

To complement the mains, guests will be served Kurma and to top it off, the menu will also feature a selection of appetizers such as cucur sayur, chicken and beef satay, spring rolls and a soup course, such as soto ayam

End the meal on a sweet note with a fusion of traditional and modern desserts including their assorted bubur cha cha, bubur kacang hijau and a variety of malay kueh.
