Calling all lovers of authentic Indian food! Riwaz has launched a brand new menu featuring dishes that celebrate the rich medley of flavours, highlighting the distinct spices that define India’s multifaceted cuisine.

Whether you are in the mood for a fulfilling dish or just a bite to eat, lovers of spice and all things nice will find themselves feeling right at home.

From Kerala Chilli Garlic Prawn to Laal Maas, Riwaz’s enticing new menu spotlights a variety of Indian cuisines, blending modernity with tradition and bringing the authentic flavours of the North and South.

Tucked inside the Radisson Hotel, Riwaz offers mouthwatering, authentic Indian cuisine in a cosy and elegant dining setting that is perfect for gatherings with family and friends, even for special celebrations.

The restaurant features a variety of new and delicious appetizers from hearty soups to rich and savoury amuse bouche.

One of their highlighted appetisers is their signature soup. There is nothing like soup to comfort the soul and the restaurant’s Tomato and Garlic Soup is quite heartwarming.

The garlic-infused tomato soup packs a whole arsenal of comforting flavours and is made extra special with the decadence of saffron and the finishing touches of Tulsi oil that perfectly compliments each other.

Another scrumptious appetizer is the Kurkure Mushroom (Crispy Fried Mushrooms) with its mouthwatering crunchy exterior stuffed with a flavour-packed cheese, bell peppers and crushed black pepper centre.

For the main menu, meat lovers should fix their gaze on the Laal Maas -- an iconic Rajasthani lamb dish that is slow-cooked with Kashmiri red chillies, yoghurt, a melange of spices and herbs until it is seared.

If you are more into seafood, another new hearty meal to choose from is their Tandoori Seafood Khichadi. A delight for the eyes and taste buds, the dish is an Indian version of risotto with a delicious mix of dal, rasam and tandooriinfused seafood.
