The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) launches a
Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for the General feasibility study for the production of green hydrogen in Cabo Verde on behalf of Project CVE/402 receiving financial support from the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Service providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are all legally established companies governed by private law as well as non-profit private companies (excluding non-governmental organisations and public operators).
The company that will be assessed to conduct the feasibility study for green hydrogen production in Cabo Verde should be experienced in comparable studies regarding both the scope and the subject matter and should be specialised in the design and operation of industrial-scale hydrogen production plants through electrolysis.
Indicatively, service providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity in Green hydrogen projects.
The start of the contract is foreseen for September 2022 and for a duration of 8 (eight) months. Service providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cabo Verde. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 208,000 EUR (all taxes excluded).
Interested service providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form is available on request at the address given below.
The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary, against the selection criteria.
