Getting there: If you are flying in from outside of the region, the most convenient way is via Yangon Internatio­nal Airport, which caters to many internatio­nal airlines. Other internatio­nal airports include Mandalay Internatio­nal Airport and Naypyitaw Internatio­nal Airport

Getting around: The most convenient way of travelling around Myanmar is by train, bus or motorcycle taxi, or by hiring a private vehicle. Note that public buses are usually only more common in larger cities. In smaller towns, you can even get around in a horse-pulled cart
