THE SS WORCESTERSHIRE
The SS Worcestershire is a WWI British armed merchantman that sunk in 1917 after hitting a German sea mine. Located between 45 metres and 57 metres, this wreck is often cited as one of the best technical wreck sites in Sri Lanka. Despite its lengthy time underwater, the ship remains relatively intact. Filled with an amazing variety of coral and fish life, the wreck is perfect for technical divers looking for something new and interesting to explore.
