AND ALL THAT JAZZ
The 14th edition of the Java Jazz Festival will be tooting its way into the Indonesian capital at the beginning of March. Tens of thousands of fans are expected to soak up an electric atmosphere of big band, improvised rhythms and plenty of sultry sax at one of the largest jazz festivals in the world. On this year's lineup, which features 300-plus acts, is a mix of homegrown Indonesian talent and international names. Ones to watch include up-and-coming American Daniel Caesar and his critically acclaimed brand of slow, soothing gospel and R&B, the electronic soul of Lauv and the three-time Grammy-nominee Vanessa Williams.
