1. Lengkuas Is­land

Frol­ick­ing on the white sandy beach on which stands a his­toric light­house. Lengkuas is an is­land with a com­bi­na­tion of na­ture and his­tor­i­cal spot, the light­house, that you can climb to see the amaz­ing sur­round­ing land­scape.

2. Tan­jung Ke­layang

There are two parts to this des­ti­na­tion; on the west side, you can find the char­ac­ter­is­tic gran­ite clus­ters, while to the east, the beau­ti­ful white sandy stretch is an at­trac­tive place to re­lax. Don't miss also the Batu Garuda, a gran­ite for­ma­tion that re­sem­bles the myth­i­cal bird Garuda.

3. Snor­kel­ing

En­joy the great sight of beau­ti­ful fish and coral the two most rec­om­mended spots: Ke­payang Is­land and Batu Malang Penyu. Here, you can snorkel around a gi­ant gran­ite with the com­pany of the lo­cal ma­rine life. If you're lucky, you can even see the hawks­bill tur­tles swim­ming close to the wa­ter sur­face.

4. Tan­jung Tinggi

White sand, clear sea wa­ter, and the beau­ti­ful gran­ite stones are dis­cernible traits of this beach. The calm waves on Tan­jung Tinggi Beach makes it a re­lax­ing and safe spot for swim­ming. Af­ter a day at the beach, don't for­get to try the lo­cal food ven­dors on the shore.

5. Bukit Ber­ahu

You can find a com­bi­na­tion of na­ture and lux­ury re­sort in this place. White sandy beach and sparkling blue wa­ter go hand in hand with the com­fort of first class ac­com­mo­da­tion. Dis­cover the idyl­lic pri­vate beach that is hard come by else­where.

6. Lake Kaolin

This aban­doned kaolin mine is a hid­den pho­tog­ra­pher’s par­adise. The beauty of this place lies on the con­trast of sparkling blue wa­ter and white kaolin, which makes a fas­ci­nat­ing photo back­ground.

8. Div­ing Un­der­wa­ter

Div­ing in the charm­ing un­der­wa­ter world of East Beli­tung, in Si­adong Is­land, Mang­gar Dis­trict. Pre­dom­i­nated in hard coral this dive spot of­fers ex­cel­lent vis­i­bil­ity that gives any kind of diver an un­for­get­table ex­pe­ri­ence.

9. Beli­tung Cof­fee

10. ‘Laskar Pe­langi’ Pri­mary School

The pri­mary school that gets recog­ni­tion af­ter be­ing used as a set in the In­done­sian pop­u­lar movie Laskar Pe­langi. This school will give a sense of hope and in­spire any­one who vis­its it. A replica of build­ing has been made to be an in­spi­ra­tion to its vis­i­tors.
