The GEOLANDAR X-MT series from Yokohama Tire are available in 10 initial sizes, ranging from 17- to 20-inch rim diameters with outside diameters up to 40 inches. According to the company, all tires in the X-MT series highlight the company’s new GEOSHIELD construction featuring full nylon covers, a three-ply construction and extra-thick sidewalls. Further performance is provided by optimized tread blocks plus a new high-density triple polymer compound to provide exceptional wear and off-road traction (with the capabilities of resisting cuts and chips). Rugged, good looks are combined with performance thanks to the Aggressive Sidewall Armour while the overall tread design is said to reduce pattern noise, providing quieter, more comfortable rides.
