The Surrey Board of Trade congratulates Assistant

Commissioner and Surrey RCMP Officer in Charge, Dwayne Mcdonald, on his new position as Criminal Operations Officer in charge of Federal Investigative Services and Organized Crime for the province of British Columbia.
