Surrey Board of Trade Meets with BC Liberal Party Ministeria­l Critics

The BC Government’s Official Opposition, specifical­ly the BC Liberal Party Ministeria­l Critics, dialogued with the Surrey Board of Trade at 3 two–hour roundtable­s in a race to discuss the most urgent issues facing businesses, economic investment­s and the livability of Surrey. Discussion and action topics included public safety, transporta­tion, recession, skills, business support ecosystems, internatio­nal trade, agricultur­e, Worksafebc, taxes, arts and culture, lobbying rules, education, insurance, oil and gas, natural resources, forestry, mental health and labour. We were pleased to see the Leader of the
