The City’s slogan that ‘the future lives here’ is evident in the proposed towers to be built by Charan Sethi’s Tien Sher Group of Companies. Since 2009, Tien Sher has built 742 condos in the Whalley district with another 1,700+ planned in 4 towers over the next 10 years at 108 Avenue and King George Boulevard.
