Hats off to Air Canada enRoute for the profile of some of Toronto’s newest vegan hot spots in the January Agenda section. I was giddy when I saw the article, as the city’s veg scene is booming – the restaurants you named are just the tip of the iceberg lettuce. Since then, a new diner called Mythology has opened, and another all-vegan pizza joint is coming soon (we already have Apiecalypse Now).
