Assembly Chef’s Hall, a sprawling emporium in the Financial District, lets you mix and match dishes from 17 of the city’s buzziest chefs. Start with a rainbow brew at Bulldog Coffee, then move on to the killer kale salad at Ivana Raca’s Resto Boemo or crispy Peking-style duck wings from DaiLo’s Nick Liu. The Bangkok popcorn from Chantana Srisomphan’s Little Khao makes for a sweet, sour, salty and spicy dessert.
